Data controller
The data controller is the natural person who runs the Blulume website in a personal, non-professional capacity, reachable at meta7zone@gmail.com. For any request concerning your personal data you can write to this address: you will receive a reply within 30 days.
What data we process
Blulume is an editorial site of snorkelling guides and requires no registration and collects no personal data directly: there are no contact forms, accounts or newsletters.
The hosting provider (Google Cloud) automatically records technical access logs (IP address, date and time of the request, user agent) needed to deliver and secure the service. These logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and kept for the minimum technical period set by the provider.
Preferences stored on your device
Guides saved to favourites, your language choice and your cookie decision are stored solely in your browser (localStorage) and are not transmitted to us or to third parties. You can delete them at any time by clearing the site’s browsing data.
Google Analytics — only with your consent
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 measures page views, device type, approximate region and interactions such as outbound and Viator link clicks. We do not send your name, email address or message content. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); declining does not restrict the website. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited.
Links to third-party sites
The guides may contain links to external booking platforms (for example Viator). When you follow those links, the processing of your data is governed by the privacy policies of the respective operators. We encourage you to read them before making a booking.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to meta7zone@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
